Expertise

My research involves looking at how people think and how it effects their mood. Specifically, I'm interested in how people attribute causes to events in their lives and how this may place them at risk for problems with depression or anxiety. I'm also interested in how accurately or objectively people are able to view these events and how all of these areas of interest impact the psychotherapy process, particularly for the cognitive-behavioral therapies.
