My research is grounded in conceptual modeling and knowledge representation, and is most commonly applied to defensive cybersecurity.

My research and teaching interest include cybersecurity and privacy, and Internet Of Things (IoT).

My primary research interests revolve around different aspects of cybersecurity, privacy and the Internet-of-Things. My research is grounded in access control theory, information security management and conceptual modeling. I focus on defensive cybersecurity, and primarily on incident prevention and incident management.
