I am a social psychologist with a specialty in child development. An area of particular interest to me is the relationship between children and media – specifically, how youth interact and engage with the media messages they encounter daily. As the landscape surrounding children steadily transforms with the influx of new media in the home, I have tried to study the impacts of these technologies on developing youth.
