Abstract
We consider a cost allocation problem in communication networks with threshold based discounting. In order to describe this cost allocation problem we formulate the associated cooperative game, to be referred to as the threshold based discounting network (TBDN) game. We then demonstrate that the nucleolus of the TBDN game can be efficiently characterized for relatively `large' networks.
