Abstract

Compliance Nursing Education Polls & Surveys
We introduced an SBAR badge buddy for nurses on a surgical telemetry floor to assist them in organizing their thoughts before calling a rapid response. The badge buddy serves as a reminder of what SBAR stands for: situation, background, assessment, and recommendation. Each component includes an example, enabling nurses to deliver a concise and efficient report when the rapid response team arrives at the scene.
